  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Order modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already been processed or shipped. If you want to change the shipping address or cancel your order please contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order. Collabs, limited edition and exclusive drops can not be modified or cancelled.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Sign up for our email or text list for 15% off your order. Once you're signed up you'll receive periodic emails/texts with new arrivals, current promos and more. Only one promo code can be used per purchase and cannot be combined with other offers including free shipping.
  • Where is my order confirmation?
    Once your order has been received we'll send an order confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. Make sure to confirm the email address associated with your account is correct. In most cases order confirmations aren’t received due to a typo in the email address. If you place an order and don't get a confirmation please check your junk folder first. If you still don't see a confirmation please contact us. Be sure to include the full name associated with your order.

    Standard domestic shipping can take 5-7 business days. We offer UPS standard overnight shipping for domestic US orders. Overnight shipping cutoff is 2PM PST, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after cutoff will be shipped the next business day. International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to reach you depending on your location. If you buy pre-order items and in stock items together your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is released. Before ordering please confirm your name, address (including apartment/unit #) are accurate to avoid delays.
